Manage attachment status records

This table holds a list of attachments linked to an integration.

Field	Description
Record Table	The table that the attachment is linked to
Record ID	The sys id of the record in the Record Table
Integration	Reference to the Integration record
Correlation ID	Can be used to store an ID of the attachment on the connected system
Status	The status of this record
Attachment	Reference to the attachment record
